We value your privacy and do not store or process the texts you work with. Your personal data is securely transferred and stored according to the highest security standards.
1. Pismo only takes text data when the user activates a shortcut or clicks the widget in Windows. The user decides what text to provide to Pismo and what not to share. Pismo never accesses the clipboard on its own.
2. Even if the user shares important data, your privacy is our top priority! Pismo never stores or processes the texts you work with.
3. We are based in the EU and comply with GDPR. You can delete all your data at app.pismo.ai -> Delete account.
If any additional verification is required, you can install programs that intercept internet traffic, such as Proxyman (https://proxyman.io), and see that Pismo only sends requests with the text provided and only when the user initiates those requests. Additionally, Pismo checks for updates once an hour. We don’t do anything else.
