Is there an option to edit the keyboard shortcuts for Pismo?

Yes, you can change most of the prompt shortcuts, as well as functional shortcuts within the application's settings (Right-click on Pismo, then click "Settings" - prompt shortcuts can be managed in the "Prompts" tab, while other shortcuts can be changed in "Customisation" tab).
